Refund policy
Returns
Because most of our products are cut upon order, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse.
While we stand by our products, the keyboard hobby is highly based on preference and we cannot accept returns simply based on user dissatisfaction.
We will make some exceptions based on a case by case basis but more than not we will stick to our no return policy.
In the case that you are granted a return for a non defective or incorrect product please note that there is a 20% restocking fee and also note that shipping fees will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost to have the product returned to us.

Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a defective or incorrect product please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return you can contact us at info@greendoorgeeks.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. As noted above shipping fees (either to and from us) will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
You have 48 hours (2 days) from the date of your order to request a cancellation. Please be aware that full order cancellation and refunds will be subject to a 8% cancelation charge. (10% for international orders). This covers the non-refundable credit card fee that we incur from Shopify and the process required to handle the cancelation / refund request. The charge applies to full order cancelations and refunds. Partial order cancellations or order changes will not incur this charge. After two days order cancellations are not granted.
